Order and assess of the work climate of your organization.

Work climate It's:
  • is an intervening variable between the leader and the organization

  • has a multi-factorial structure.
Work climate can be assessed in detail, or one can use heuristics.

Peter Österberg is an expert in evolutionary social neuro-psychology, including social aspects of human emotions. He earned his PhD in psychology from Lund university on a thesis about the relationship between leadership style and social creativity – a mental capacity which is general to humans.

During the course, the participants will partake in a work climate assessment, and then be provided with an understanding about what it means for the organization.

Places outside of Helsinki/Esbo/Vanda, Finland: travel and hotel cost for the course leader will be added.

Dr Österberg has lectured on work and organizational psychology at various universities in Sweden and Finland, e.g. Gothenburg, Karlstad Business School, Uppsala, Helsingfors, (n>10).
